What are your grooming and office hours?

Our office and grooming staff are available from 8:30AM to 6:00PM from Monday through Friday. For your convenience, we offer a self-guided online scheduling system that is faster and more convenient than calling. You can easily book your grooming appointments online at any time. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us during office hours.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

A grooming appointment typically takes between 1 to 2 hours, depending on your pet’s coat type, size, behavior, and coat condition. Our groomers are dedicated to providing the highest quality service and are evaluated internally based on quality scores and customer feedback. This ensures that your pet receives the best care and attention during their grooming session.

How often should I groom my dog or cat?

The frequency of grooming for your dog or cat depends on several factors, including coat type, age, activity levels, and any specific skin conditions. Generally, we recommend grooming every 4 to 8 weeks. During your first visit, our grooming professional will assess your pet’s needs and work with you to create a custom care schedule that ensures your pet stays healthy and comfortable.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, so if you need to make changes within 24 hours of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee.

What happens if my pet is late to the appointment or if I am late for pick-up?

We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you anticipate being late for your appointment or pick-up, please inform us as soon as possible. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, a late fee may be applied, and we may need to reschedule your appointment.

What is the weight limit for dogs for your mobile grooming service?

Can I be inside the vehicle while my pet is groomed?

For the well-being of your pet and to ensure the highest quality of service, we do not allow anyone other than our trained groomers inside the mobile grooming vehicle during the appointment. We’d love to give you a tour of our vehicle before or after the visit.

Does your mobile grooming vehicle need access to my power and water?

No. Our vehicles have been professionally converted for complete self-sufficiency. This means our expert groomers have everything they need to provide top-quality grooming services right inside the vehicle, parked conveniently in front of your home
